Subject: Photo crop of Main Plaza. View is south and elevated, taken, most likely, from the Plaza House hotel. It would appear to be a black drill unit, on parade. There is a line of uniformed men, however, no weapons are in evidence. At least one of the men is wearing a “Kepi” or union army forage cap.
