Subject: Photo crop of Main Plaza. The crop is a piece of a much wider panoramic photograph. The view is WNW showing the northwest corner of the plaza and west along Presidio (West Commerce) Street. The east elevation of Carl Elmendorf’s hardware store is prominent. The two-story Plaza House can just be seen at extreme right. Dating is taken from “A Century on Main Plaza: A History of the First National Bank,” by Herbert M. Mason Jr. and Frank W. Brown. It could be as much as 17 years older.
