Subject: Photo crop of Houston Street flood scene. View is ESE on Houston Street. Taken from the north side of Houston Street, possibly from the Pike Theater showcasing the flood damage. The Busy Bee Candy Company was at 102 W. Houston, closest to the bridge. The normal watercourse would be between and 10 to 15 feet down from those two buildings.
